The professional rights of Geologists have been established by Presidential Decree 344/2000 (Bulletin No. 297), Chapter E (PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES – COMPULSORY EMPLOYMENT OF GEOLOGISTS), while according to Presidential Decree 90/2014 (Bulletin No. 138) Geologists can be registered in the registers of constructors for the execution of drilling and tunnelling projects.
