The undergraduate programme leads to a BSc degree in Geology. A minimum of eight-semester course work is required for the Bachelor’s degree. Within this period of time the students have to participate in several field trips, totally lasting for at least 27 days. During the VII and VIII semesters, the students may opt to undertake an advanced research project or extended essay, written up as a dissertation.
