He studied Geology at the <strong>University of Patras<\/strong>, graduating in 1984. He pursued postgraduate studies at the same institution (Department of Geology), completing his <strong>PhD<\/strong> in 1989, titled <strong>&#8220;Geotectonic Evolution of the Rhodope Zone&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1995, he joined the faculty of the Department of Geology at the University of Patras, and since 2010, he has been serving as a <strong>Professor<\/strong>.
